Important Updates for Friday and Saturday from Mr Webb

1.  Tonight - Guard here by 5:00/everyone else 5:30   (Dark jeans and windsuit tops)

2.  Tomorrow - everyone here by 9:15 sharp!!!!

3.  Don't forget - band shirts, black socks, Guard all black attire!!! etc.  No breakfast, we will take care of lunch

(Contest starts at 3:00 p.m.)


*Stretching/be here:  9:15 a.m.!!!
*Practice:  9:30 – 11:15
*Loading Equipment/lunch/relax:  11:15 – 12:20
*Announcements: 12:25
* Leave Lloyd:  12:30
*Arrive /Unload:  1:30 – 2:00
*Dressing:  1:45 – 2:10
*To warm-ups:  2:20
*Warm-ups:  2:25 – 3:10
*To gate:  3:10
*Gate:  3:25
*Perform:  3:30
*Load everything/band comes on back:  4:00 (Equipment bus loads and heads back 4:00 – 5:00)
*Students arrive at  Lloyd/change out of uniform and go to dance:  5:00
*Unload equipment bus:  6:00 – 6:30 p.m.
*Awards:  7:30 p.m.

Info for Parents
*This show is at Goshen Middle School (Same campus as H.S.)
                                                       6707 Goshen Road
                                                       Goshen, Ohio  45122
*Directions: (35 miles total/40 minutes)

1.        Get on I-275 E  from Erlanger
2.        Follow  I-275 E to OH-28E
3.       Take exit 57 in Miami Ohio (Turn Right) 6.4 miles
4.       Turn Right onto Goshen Rd/Belfast/school on right 
General Information:
TICKETS:
*$8.00 for adults $6.00 for senior citizens and students.  Under 6 – free.

Spectators Parking

*All spectators parking will be at Goshen High School

General Info
*Concessions available all day or you may bring your own lunches.
*You can come and go as needed, just make sure you get your hand stamped the first time leave the gate or they may have wrist bands.
*You may video if you desire.
*Please be courteous and leave ‘in-between’ band performances.
*Try to keep distractions to a minimum in the stands (cell phones, talking, etc.) while bands are performing.

*Bring any food donations to the bandroom on any day next week or the morning of the competition.  Water is always needed!  Just remember, we cannot accept any products that contain nuts or nut by products.

*If you plan to sit with the kids by the bus area, please bring your chair as seating is only available in the stands.

Updates

Hi all




I hope you are having a great Fall Break and are over the Rainy Day at SK.



Please check the calendar for updated information for the next 2 weeks

Very busy with homecoming, practice back in full swing and a competition.

Note:  the Kids will be back at Lloyd by 5:00 at the latest for the dance

Individually packaged boxes of cereal
Individually packaged pancakes (heat & serve)

Lunch:
Spicy Italian Sandwiches (pepperoni, salami, cheese) or Cheese Sandwich
White Chicken Chili or Potato Soup
Grapes
String Cheese
Oreos or Rice Crispy Treat
Dinner:
(McDonald’s Dollar Menu) Hamburgers/Cheeseburgers/McChicken Sandwiches
Chips
Snacks throughout the day:
Fruit Snacks, Cheez-Its, Animal Crackers, any remaining items listed above.

Drinks:
Water throughout the day, soda with meals.



If a student does not like the menu items being offered,
make sure they bring money to purchase food from the concession area
